My teaching is informed by my global, professional experience and formal pedagogical training in higher education and statistics/data analytics. My student-centered approach is guided by three core principles: clear learning aims, active engagement, and nurturing a growth mindset. I’ve successfully designed and taught Operations Management at the undergraduate level, where my methods earned me excellent teaching evaluations and a Ph.D. student teaching award.
